Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of adminadda.com and its sub-domains ("AdminAdda", "we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. Accounts and @handles

  • You must be 18 or older, or use the service under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • One account per person. Your @handle must not impersonate another person or organisation, and may be reclaimed if it infringes a trademark or is inactive for 12 months.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through our identity provider; we do not store your password.

2. Content you publish

  • You keep ownership of what you write. You grant AdminAdda a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and promote it on the platform and in our channels, with attribution to your @handle.
  • You confirm your content is original or properly licensed, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, malicious, or misleading.
  • All submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit for formatting, decline, or remove content at our discretion, and will tell you why.
  • Vendor or promotional content must be disclosed and is published only through the business portal.

3. Tools, data and intelligence

  • Tools, templates, CVE data, assessments and AdminAI output are provided as-is for information only. They are not legal, financial, security or compliance advice. Verify before you act.
  • CVE and advisory data is sourced from NVD, CISA and CERT-In and may be incomplete or delayed.
  • Client-side tools process data in your browser; we do not receive it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: scrape or bulk-download content; probe, attack or overload the service; upload malware; harvest other users' data; use the platform to harass anyone; or circumvent access controls.

5. Business services

Sponsorships, listings and job posts are governed by the separate Business Terms available in the business portal.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdminAdda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on the site 14 days in advance.
